Product production process◥

Naringin can be extracted using a variety of techniques, such as immersion, liquid-liquid, and ultrasonic extraction.
(1). Pretreatment: To get rid of dirt and contaminants from the surface, clean and disinfect the pomelo peel.
(2) Crushing or cutting: To improve extraction efficiency, chop the cleaned pomelo peel into the proper sizes or ground it into tiny pieces using a grinder.
(3). extraction of solvents
a. Select the right solvents: Ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, and other solvents are frequently utilized. Based on the requirements of the target extract and the solubility characteristics of naringin, choose an appropriate solvent.
b. Combining pomelo peel samples with solvent: Using a swirling or shaking motion, fully submerge the crushed pomelo peel into the solvent and let it soak.

c. Extraction process: Extract the mixture under appropriate time and temperature conditions, which typically takes several hours to tens of hours. During the extraction, naringin will dissolve in the solvent.
4. Filtration and Separation:
a. Filter the extraction solution: Using filter paper or a membrane, remove solid residues and particles from the extraction solution.

(5).Purification and refinement:
