Product production process◥

The production process of Curcumin is as follows:

1. Material selection: Select a suitable turmeric plant variety, usually turmeric (Curcuma longa), and ensure its quality and origin.

2. Washing and slicing: Wash the selected turmeric plant rhizomes to remove impurities and dirt, and cut them into slices of appropriate size for subsequent processing and extraction.

3. Extraction: Put the cleaned turmeric slices into suitable extraction equipment. The commonly used extraction methods include water extraction, organic solvent extraction, supercritical fluid extraction, etc. The purpose of the extraction is to dissolve the curcuminoids from the plant material and form an extract.

4. Filtration and concentration: the extract is filtered to remove plant dregs and impurities. Then use an evaporator or other concentrating equipment to evaporate the solvent in the extract to concentrate the curcumin.

5. Crystallization and separation: crystallize the concentrated curcumin solution, and crystallize curcumin by cooling or adding a crystallization agent. Then the crystallized curcumin is separated from the solvent through operations such as centrifugation and filtration. 6. Drying and purification: The isolated curcumin is dried to remove the remaining solvent and water. Then utilize purification methods, such as recrystallization, chromatographic chromatography, etc., to further improve the purity and quality of curcumin.

7. Packaging and storage: The purified curcumin is packaged, usually in a sealed package to maintain its stability and quality. Curcumin products should be stored in a dry, cool and dark environment to avoid the influence of moisture and light.
