Work Flow◥

a. Strain cultivation: Select high-quality strains from existing Bladder's yeast cultures and inoculate them into suitable media, such as malt glucose agar medium. Cultivate the strain under appropriate temperature and pH conditions to promote its growth and reproduction.

b. Large scale fermentation: Conduct large-scale fermentation through pre cultured strains. Firstly, transfer the bacterial strain to the fermentation tank and add appropriate culture medium. During the fermentation process, control the temperature, ventilation, stirring and other conditions to promote the growth of the strain and the accumulation of metabolites. Generally speaking, the fermentation time varies from tens of hours to several days.

c. Separation and extraction: After the fermentation is completed, a liquid fermentation product containing Brady's yeast is harvested. By centrifugation and other methods, the cell solid and liquid were separated to obtain the cell cytoplasm containing Brady's yeast.

d. Cell freeze-drying: freeze-drying the obtained Brady's yeast cell cytoplasm. Firstly, the water in the cytoplasm is frozen and dehydrated under vacuum conditions, gradually transforming the cytoplasm into a solid state. Then, at appropriate temperature and pressure, the ice crystals are directly transformed from solid to gaseous state by heating up, i.e. sublimation, to retain the activity of the bacterial body.

e. Storage and packaging: Packaging of freeze-dried Brady's yeast products, usually sold in bottles or bags. To maintain its activity and stability, it can be stored in a low-temperature dry environment, such as a refrigerator or freezer.
